The Law of Attraction is a universal principle according to which whatever we think, feel, and visualize – we attract the same things in our life.

 

 In simple words:

“You become what you think.”

This law says that our thoughts and feelings work like a magnetic energy. If we think positive thoughts, we attract positive experiences. If we think negative, negativity starts increasing in life.

 

Science or Belief ?

Some people consider it a spiritual belief, but perspectives from psychology and neuroscience also support it. When we think about something repeatedly and focus on it, our brain starts working at the subconscious level to achieve that goal.

This concept is also called Reticular Activating System (RAS) which is the filter system of the brain. It notices only those things which have become "important" for us.

 

Principles of the Law of Attraction

Ask :

First of all, define your desire clearly. What do you want? Health? Wealth? Relationship? Career?

For example: "I want to become a successful entrepreneur."

 

Believe (Have faith):

Have 100% belief in your goal. Think that you have already achieved it.

Remove your doubts and trust the universe.

 

Receive:

Act as if you have received it. Feel the emotion – happiness, gratitude, excitement – ​​that you feel after achieving that goal.

 

How to use the Law of Attraction in your life?

 

Use positive affirmations

Say positive affirmations every morning after waking up and at night before going to bed.

 

Like:

"I am getting closer to my goals."

 

"I deserve success and happiness."

 

"The universe always helps me."

 

Practice visualization

Create a clear mental image of your goals. Imagine that you have already achieved your dream life.

Visualize with closed eyes for 5-10 minutes every day.

Write down 3 things every day for which you are grateful. This practice makes your vibration positive and you attract more things.

 

Stay away from negative thoughts

Whenever a negative thought comes, convert it immediately into a positive one.
